Swifties know Travis Kelce’s references all too well.

The Kansas City Chiefs player shared an anecdote about seeing “American Pie” on Wednesday’s episode of his “New Heights” podcast, the same movie Taylor Swift sings about in “So High School.”

The athlete, 35, did not mention the song, which is believed to be about him, while speaking with brother and co-host Jason Kelce — but Taylor Swift’s fans caught the subtle nod anyway.

Travis brought up the 1999 movie while asking his sibling, 37, to think back on the first R-rated film he saw.

“The one I remember watching that I didn’t even realize was rated R was ‘American Pie,’ and that was when we were, like, 10,” the tight end recalled. “I feel like I had to have watched a couple before that.

“I was just f–king going to the movies,” Travis continued, agreeing with Jason that dad Ed Kelce and mom Donna Kelce would not have taken him to see that release.

“I forget how I got in,” the Kansas City Chiefs player said. “I might have been there with someone else’s parents.”

One social media user tweeted the clip while quoting Swift’s song, off of her April 2024 “Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” album.

“I’m watching ‘American Pie’ with you on a Saturday night,” the Grammy winner sings.

She seemingly refers to her Super Bowl-winning partner elsewhere in the song with the lyric, “You know how to ball, I know Aristotle.”

Additionally, she asks whether the mystery man she’s singing about is going to “marry, kiss or kill” her — an apparent nod to a viral video of Travis playing “Kiss, Marry, Kill” in 2016.

The NFL star, at the time, decided to smooch Swift, wed Katy Perry and kill Ariana Grande.

When Travis revealed to People in May 2024 that “So High School” is his favorite off his girlfriend’s latest album, he admitted to being “a little biased.”

“The Alchemy” is also thought to be about the “Catching Kelce” alum, thanks to a variety of football references Swift makes.

She and Travis have been dating since the summer of 2023.
