Lil Nas X was hospitalized after losing control of one side of his face.

The “Old Town Road” singer posted a video Monday night in which he tried to smile in a hospital bed, but only the left side of his face would curve upward.

“Soooo lost control of the right side of my face 😭,” he captioned the Instagram post.

Nas, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, appeared to be in good spirits, however, as he laughed and continued trying to smile to show his 10.4 million Instagram followers how numb his right side was.

“And when I smile, this is me doing a full smile right now, by the way,” he told the camera.

“It’s like, what the f–k, bro? I can’t even laugh right, bro. What the f–k. Oh my God, oh my God, bro.”

The Grammy winner, 26, later took to his Instagram Stories to assure fans that he was “OK,” but he did not disclose the illness that caused his face to freeze.

“Guys I am OK!! Stop being sad for me! Shake ur ass for me instead!” he wrote.

Nas added in another slide that he might “look funny for a lil bit but that’s it.”
