Tory Lanez was rushed to a hospital after getting stabbed multiple times in the face in prison, sources tell The Post.
The rapper — who is serving a 10-year sentence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion — was in the yard of California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi, Calif., Monday morning when another inmate stabbed him, TMZ was first to report.
The outlet did not cite a reason for the attack but noted that it was bad enough to require immediate medical attention.
Lanez, 32, was reportedly transported to a nearby civilian hospital in Bakersfield via ambulance.
Reps for the rapper did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

In December 2022, Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan in the foot in July 2020.
At the time, he was charged with assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying a loaded gun and having an unregistered firearm.
Despite Lanez’s conviction, his attorneys maintained his innocence, telling Page Six they would explore an appeal.
Lanez was sentenced in August 2023 and given a 2033 release date; however, he is eligible for parole in 2029.
