Kristin Cavallari is a big fan of Bobby Flay’s girlfriend, Brooke Williamson — but she’s ready to be removed from his dating life.

The “Hills” star, 38, told her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast listeners Tuesday that she recently met up with Flay, 60, and Williamson, 46, for a drink in Miami.

“I really liked her a lot,” Cavallari shared. “I’m really happy for him.”

The Uncommon James founder also addressed headlines linking her to Flay after the news of his romance broke.

Cavallari said the Food Network mainstay “texted” her articles that connected her to him and his fellow chef.

“All of the headlines from him coming out with his new girlfriend include me in it!” she said. “And it says that I rejected him, which we talked about on the podcast. It wasn’t a rejection. We cleared up everything.”

Although it didn’t “affect” her, the “Laguna Beach” star said she “feels for Bobby in this situation.”

“How am I in Bobby Flay’s headlines about his new relationship?” she questioned.

Cavallari doubled down on the fact that she “never rejected” Flay, calling the whole thing “ridiculous.”

“If you didn’t know what happened, this headline makes it seem like Bobby asked me out and I was literally like, ‘F—k you. I would never go out with you,’” she continued.

“Bobby is one of my good friends. It’s so dumb. I was just with him and his new girlfriend in Miami, so write a headline about that!”

However, it ended up being a big misunderstanding, as Flay had no romantic intentions. kristincavallari/Instagram

Flay joined Cavallari on her podcast in October 2024, revealing she had initially turned down his dinner invitation thinking he had romantic interests.

“I DMed you, and I said to you … ‘I’m going to be in Nashville for one night. Can I take you to dinner?’” he recalled.

“And you literally said something to me like, ‘I’m already dating somebody.’”

The reality TV star said she was “burnt out on dating” at the time, but the Emmy winner insisted he was not even trying to take her on a date.

“You said, ‘I’ve already started seeing somebody.’ And I said, ‘I just want to go to dinner with you,’” he recalled with a laugh.

Cavallari was embarrassed reflecting on the “foot-in-mouth” moment, admitting she should not have assumed Flay was asking her out.

“I think the ‘take you to dinner’ thing is more where it was like, ‘Oh, that seems like a date,’” she explained of her thought process.

Although fans pushed the pair to go on an actual date, they have remained strictly platonic.

While their relationship didn’t make it out of the friend zone, Flay and Williamson’s did.

Last month, a source told People that the two “have been friends for a while and recently decided to jump in.”

“Over the last few weeks, love bloomed,” the source shared.

The insider said Williamson’s divorce from Nick Roberts, which she finalized in early 2024, “gave them some additional shared experiences.”

Flay, for his part, has been divorced three times.
